BrickRoyal currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
At present, standard shipping is free for U.S. retail orders.

Eligible unused and intact products may be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

If your set arrives with confirmed missing pieces, contact our support team with your order information and the relevant part details. Eligible missing pieces will be replaced at no additional parts cost in accordance with our support policy.

Eligible products are covered by a 3-month limited warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects, including covered electrical or mechanical components where applicable.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, accidents, or normal wear is not covered. Please refer to the applicable warranty terms for complete details.
