All personalized custom and OEM/ODM services are available exclusively for bulk orders with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 sets per batch. Individual retail orders and single dropship units do not support custom modifications.

📋 Custom Cooperation Process
Bringing your custom building set to market is simple and structured:
Submit Requirements: Send your custom design drafts, brand logos, specifications, and targeted quantities to admin@brickroyal.com.
Design Proofs: Our professional design team will review your files and provide free rendering proofs for your preliminary confirmation.
Sample Confirmation: Once digital proofs are approved, physical samples can be arranged to verify the final quality before mass production.
Production & Fulfillment: Following deposit payment and sample sign-off, we initiate priority manufacturing and secure global delivery.
⚠️ Important Custom Terms & Rules
MOQ Threshold: A strict minimum order quantity of 500 sets per order is required to unlock all custom OEM/ODM options.
Dropshipping Limitations: Single dropship items and retail orders only support neutral, unbranded stock packaging. Custom modifications cannot be applied to dropship units.
Return Policy for Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of OEM/ODM production, customized finished products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless factory-verified production defects occur.
