What's in the standard set
The build, in short
Overview
The BR10617 is a 1:8 scale concept supercar built from 3,224 precision ABS bricks. Its exclusive limited electroplated metallic-purple finish gives an outstanding metal lustre, set against a black internal mechanical frame and fluorescent-green cockpit accents for immersive racing looks. At 22.8 inches (58 cm) long, it captures the low, streamlined silhouette of a modern hypercar.
Out of the box it's a static display model with real mechanical functions — butterfly doors, an adjustable rear wing, engine linkage and four-wheel suspension. Later you can add the separately sold RC power kit for driving, steering, electric doors and a motorized wing. Built for adult builders, car collectors and technic-brick fans aged 14+.
Butterfly doors, wing & detail
- Butterfly doors: the iconic doors open and close by linkage — by hand now, or electrically once the power kit is fitted
- Adjustable rear wing: the big rear wing has a mechanical transmission — raise and lower it by hand, or motorize it for auto retraction
- Racing detail: racing wheels, drilled brake discs, decals, a display number, intake grilles and exhaust pipes throughout
Mechanical functions
Engine linkage & suspension
- Engine linkage: the pistons move in sync as the wheels roll, simulating a running engine
- Four-wheel suspension: independent shock absorbers front and rear — press the body and it rebounds
- Full gear transmission: the chassis recreates the gear drivetrain, so it rolls smoothly when pushed
Optional RC power upgrade
RC Power Kit & batteries (sold separately)
The static model supports a full RC upgrade with a matched accessory set (2 XL motors, 1 L motor, 2 M motors, 1 steering servo, motor extension wires and a 2.4G multi-function remote). Once fitted, it unlocks RC forward/reverse, steering, electric butterfly doors and the motorized rear wing.
Batteries are not included and you fit them yourself: the motors need 6 × AAA batteries and the remote needs 2 × AAA batteries. Follow the manual to pair the 2.4G remote — if you have any trouble, email admin@brickroyal.com.
None of the RC parts are in the standard set — add the kit only if you want the powered version.

Who it\'s for & gifting
A high-difficulty 3,224-piece build for immersive, stress-relieving assembly; a large 1:8 display piece for a desk, shelf or cabinet; and a genuine mechanical project with its engine linkage and suspension. It makes a premium birthday or holiday gift for car and brick lovers — static for collectors, or RC-upgraded for hands-on play.
Safety & care
Contains small building bricks — choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 14. Keep small parts away from children under 3. The electroplated purple parts have a special surface coating — avoid heavy scraping during assembly to prevent paint peeling. Dust with a soft dry cloth and keep out of prolonged direct sun. If you add the RC kit, remove the AAA batteries for long-term storage.
