01

The build, in short

Overview

The BR0019 cyber shark joins deep-sea bionic anatomy with a futuristic industrial look. A skeleton-style hollow shell leaves the mechanical rib frame, gear pipelines and transmission on show, built from 1,100 precision ABS bricks.

Unlike upgrade-only models, all the dynamic hardware is pre-installed inside this shark — no extra motor kit needed. Add 6 AAA batteries and it unlocks automatic jaws, swinging pectoral fins, a two-stage swinging tail, a misting mouth, red glowing eyes and internal flowing red light. Comes with a branded display stand and engraved nameplate. Built for adult builders, ocean-model collectors and STEM learners aged 14+.

Powered and ready — just add batteries

The motors, wiring, atomizer and lighting go in step by step as you build — the circuit is designed in, so there's no soldering or after-market rewiring. Finish the build, load 6 AAA batteries, add clean water to the atomizer, and every function runs together.

02

Motion, light & mist

Full motorised movement

A complete internal transmission drives coordinated motion across the body:

  • Two-section tail swings side to side like a real shark swimming
  • Upper and lower jaws open and close on a repeating cycle
  • Left and right pectoral fins swing up and down in sync

Exposed gear cabins let you watch multi-stage gears turn electric power into lifelike marine motion.

Red eyes & internal flowing light
  • Dual-eye red LEDs: the eyes light up bright red — the shark's signature glare when powered on
  • Flowing light cabin: a transparent torso panel reveals a flowing red light group that lights up the internal pipes and gears for a sci-fi glow
Mouth atomizing smoke

A built-in ultrasonic atomizer inside the jaw sends a fine white mist from the mouth, like a breath vapour, for an immersive sci-fi effect. Use clean water only — no oils, perfume or sediment-heavy tap water — and keep the shark level while it runs so water can't flow back into the gears or lights.

Design & make

Cyberpunk detailing

Matte black leads the palette, set against metallic silver teeth and bright red gear and trim parts. Cyber print marks the pipelines, mechanical signs and shark graphics. The skeleton hollow shell reveals the bionic rib structure and dense internal pipework — part real marine creature, part heavy machinery.

Materials & craftsmanship

Hard bricks are high-toughness injection ABS with a firm friction fit that holds up to repeated builds and motor vibration. Transparent covers use high-clarity, scratch-resistant PC to protect the LEDs and gears while letting light through. Drive gears are precision-moulded to mesh tightly and turn without jamming, and the atomizer nozzle uses corrosion-resistant plastic to resist water damage.

Display base & modular build

A custom ABS base with metal nameplate holds the shark at a swimming angle for shelf display. The dynamic parts are embedded modularly as you build, so the steps teach circuit layout and gear logic along the way. Movable joints use reinforced bricks to stay tight after long-term motion.

What you'll learn (STEM)

The build covers worm-gear transmission, multi-joint linkage, electric-drive principles, bionic body structure and simple circuit layout. Assembling by hand exercises spatial reasoning, fine motor skill and structural planning — a hands-on way to understand electromechanical integration and bionic machine design.

Safety & care

Small parts. Contains small bricks — choking hazard. Age 14+. Keep small parts away from children under 3. Don't force the fins, jaws or tail gears. Build strictly by the manual.

Batteries. Runs on 6 AAA batteries (not included). Don't mix old and new or different types. Remove them for long-term storage to avoid leakage and circuit damage. Don't pry open the sealed motor modules.

Atomizer. Clean water only — no oils, perfume or sediment. Keep the model level during misting and keep water away from the gear and light areas.
