No. The set includes a built-in light brick, but a battery is not included — please supply your own so the model lights up. Not sure which battery it takes? Email us and we'll help.

It's a mid-difficulty build at 895 pieces — a relaxing project you can enjoy over a weekend. Expect roughly 4–6 hours across a few sessions. The set comes with a clear, illustrated, step-by-step manual.

Absolutely. Fully built it measures 21.3 × 13.1 × 24.4 cm (8.4 × 5.2 × 9.6 in) — compact enough for a bookshelf, desk or cabinet. Precise, tight-fitting ABS bricks hold the build together for stable, long-term display.

It's designed to look great from every angle — a furnished outdoor patio at the front, a fully-fitted ground-floor coffee bar, and an upstairs baking workshop with front and back interior scenes, so there's something to see all around.

We'll sort it out quickly. Email admin@brickroyal.com within 48 hours of delivery with a short unboxing video and clear photos, and we'll send any missing or damaged parts free of charge — no need to return the set.

It's an adult collectible display model with many small parts, so it isn't a toy for young children. We recommend it for ages 14 and up; younger builders should build under adult supervision, and it's not suitable for children under 3 (choking hazard).

Dust with a soft dry cloth and keep the model away from heat, water and damp. Painted and printed surfaces — the dog face, awnings and signs — are scratch-sensitive, so handle those areas gently during the build and afterwards.
