The BR0015 recreates a classic retro cover-head V-twin motorcycle engine in 846 precision ABS bricks. As you build, you assemble every core part — cylinders, piston groups, timing chain, gears, exhaust pipes and valves — and can take them apart and rebuild them.

The motor, spray, light and sound modules are pre-installed at the factory, with the wiring going in step by step during the build. Add 6 AAA batteries and clean water, and the engine runs as a multi-sensory desktop model. Built for adult mechanical fans, STEM learners and builders aged 14+.

There's no soldering. The electric parts are already built into the modules; you fit the wiring as the manual directs while assembling. When the engine is finished, load 6 AAA batteries, add clean water to the mist tank, and switch it on to see it run.

Built-in power drives the whole transmission. The timing chain turns interlocking gear sets in sync — clockwise or counter-clockwise — and the pistons reciprocate in rhythm, recreating the running motion of a real internal-combustion engine. Every gear, chain and link meshes tightly for smooth motion.

Four shift settings adjust the gear and piston speed — idle, low, medium and high. Engine start-up and acceleration sounds and indicator lights run in sync with the motion, so sight, sound and movement come together for real display presence.

An atomizer module sends a steady mist from the twin exhaust pipes for a smoke-like running effect. Use clean water only, and don't overfill the tank. Keep the mist away from eyes, skin and other electronics.

Two cylinders sit at the iconic V angle, faithful to the layout of a retro motorcycle engine. Black transparent cover cylinders expose the pistons, connecting rods and valves, so you can watch the full intake, exhaust and reciprocating cycle instead of just imagining it.

Parts use high-rigidity ABS with a firm clutch that holds up to repeated builds. Electroplated silver bricks give the pipes, shells and exhausts a real metal look, and custom transparent bricks form the see-through covers. Gears and chain are precisely sized for smooth, jam-free motion. A dedicated display base with engraved nameplate keeps it steady for display and photos.

Building it demonstrates gear transmission, chain timing drive, crankshaft-piston reciprocating motion and valve open-close linkage. Along the way you learn how a motorcycle engine is put together and how its power cycle works — a vivid teaching aid that builds spatial thinking and mechanical reasoning.
